Simon Nwabude  (Chief Compliance Officer)

Mr. Simon Nwabude is an Economics graduate of the University of Science & Technology, Enugu. He is a seasoned professional with over 14years of remarkable success in the Capital market. Mr. Nwabude is an Associate of the Chartered Economics of Nigeria, Certified Customer Interaction Professional (United States of America), and is currently on his final level Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

In 2005, he began his career as an Executive Assistant with Formidable Trust & Investment Company Limited, where he was charged with various managerial responsibilities. In 2006, he joined TFS Securities & Investments Company Limited (Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange) as the Head of Operations. In 2013, he became the Compliance Officer of TFS Securities & Investment Company Limited with a record of accomplishment of professionalism, high level of performance and effectiveness.

To boost his carrier, he has attended several professional trainings and courses which include – Entrepreneurship in National Economic Development, Securities and Exchange Commission Sponsored Individual, Anti-Money Laundering/Combating Financing of Terrorism, International Financial Reporting Standards, Risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme, Enterprise Risk Management, among others.

During his stay in TFS Securities & Investments Company Limited, Mr. Simon won several awards: Long service award, and the most valuable staff award several times.

Mr. Simon joined Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited in September 2019 where he occupies the position of Chief Compliance Officer. He is happily married with children.
